Property Selling

সম্পত্তি বিক্রয় সহায়তা

Document readiness, pricing, marketing and negotiation for sellers.

The problem

Properties with incomplete documents or unrealistic pricing sit unsold — or sell below value.

What BEST ABASHON does

  • Check document readiness before listing
  • Price from comparable evidence
  • Prepare a seller dossier and photography
  • Market to qualified buyers and manage viewings
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate closing

What we do not guarantee

  • We do not guarantee a sale, a price or a closing date.
  • We do not issue title — authoritative land records remain government functions.

Who this is for

  • Owners selling land, plots, flats or commercial property
  • Families selling inherited property

Process

  1. Create your case and record contact consent
  2. Requirement or property intake
  3. Initial document-completeness check
  4. Search or listing strategy
  5. Shortlist or marketing campaign
  6. Accompanied site visits
  7. Due-diligence and valuation gate where appropriate
  8. Offer and negotiation
  9. Professional and legal coordination
  10. Closing checklist and aftercare
