How BEST ABASHON collects, uses, protects and retains personal information.
What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, mobile, email), your property requirement and location, and the details you choose to add to an enquiry form. When a paid case needs documents, we collect copies through a secure upload method — never through the public website forms.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, create and manage your case, prepare quotations and deliver the agreed service. We do not sell personal information.
Who sees it
Only BEST ABASHON staff and engaged professionals (for example a surveyor or advocate) who need it for your case, under confidentiality obligations.
Security and retention
Access is limited by role. Documents are held only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations and dispute resolution, then deleted or archived securely. We handle data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 and the Cyber Security Act, 2026.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for marketing, by contacting us with your Case ID. We respond within a reasonable period.
