BEST ABASHON provides document review, record comparison, inspection and professional coordination within the agreed scope. The report is not a government certification of title and is not a legal title opinion unless expressly issued or countersigned by the engaged advocate.

“Verified” on BEST ABASHON means a defined set of checks completed at a stated verification level, each linked to evidence. It is never applied on a seller’s declaration alone.

Government records

Authoritative land records, mutation and land-development tax are government functions. When we consult official systems, we record the source and date of the check. Records can change after that date.

Approvals

We prepare and coordinate submissions to RAJUK, Fire Service, CAAB and other authorities. We do not and cannot guarantee any approval, clearance or authority timeline.

Valuation

A valuation is a professional opinion of value at a date, on stated assumptions. It is not a guarantee of sale price.

Construction and project management

Programmes and budgets are stated per project and depend on design, approvals, site conditions and client decisions.
