Design & Approvals

ডিজাইন ও অনুমোদন

Architecture, structural and MEP design, interiors, and coordination of RAJUK, Fire Service and CAAB submissions — tracked as separate milestones.

The problem

“Design it and make the application package approval-ready.”

What BEST ABASHON does

  • Architectural, structural and MEP design
  • Planning and development feasibility
  • Interior design and fit-out
  • 3D visualization
  • RAJUK LUC / Construction Permit / Occupancy Certificate coordination
  • Fire Service and CAAB coordination where applicable

What we do not guarantee

  • We never promise or “guarantee” an approval. Decisions belong to RAJUK, Fire Service, CAAB and other authorities.
