Mutation & Land Administration

নামজারি ও ভূমি প্রশাসন

Help preparing and organizing mutation and land-administration documents through official systems.

The problem

Mutation, records and land-development tax sit on different government systems with different requirements.

What BEST ABASHON does

  • Review your document set for completeness
  • Explain the official process and fees
  • Guide applications on the official portals
  • Track the case and correspondence

What we do not guarantee

  • Mutation decisions are made by the Assistant Commissioner (Land). We do not influence or guarantee them.
  • We do not guarantee a sale, a price or a closing date.
  • We do not issue title — authoritative land records remain government functions.

Who this is for

  • New owners after purchase or inheritance
  • Owners with outdated records

Process

  1. Create your case and record contact consent
  2. Requirement or property intake
  3. Initial document-completeness check
  4. Search or listing strategy
  5. Shortlist or marketing campaign
  6. Accompanied site visits
  7. Due-diligence and valuation gate where appropriate
  8. Offer and negotiation
  9. Professional and legal coordination
  10. Closing checklist and aftercare
