Refund & Cancellation
How cancellations and refunds work for BEST ABASHON services.
Before work starts
If you cancel after accepting a quotation but before any work has started, fees paid are refunded less any non-recoverable third-party costs already committed.
After work starts
Fees for work already performed, site visits completed and third-party costs incurred are payable. Any balance is refunded according to the quotation.
Reports delivered
Once a report or deliverable has been issued, its fee is not refundable, including where the findings are adverse to your transaction.
Statutory fees
Government and statutory fees paid on your behalf are subject to the rules of the relevant authority.
How to request
Contact us with your Case ID. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.
