Engagements
Paid work begins only after you accept a written quotation or statement of work that sets out scope, deliverables, internal timeline, fee and exclusions. That document governs the engagement.
Fees and third parties
Unless a quotation expressly includes them, government and statutory fees, laboratory tests and third-party professional fees (for example advocates and surveyors) are payable separately.
Changes in scope
Work outside the agreed scope requires a documented change request with its cost and schedule impact, approved by you.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the services in the agreed scope. Decisions of government authorities, the conduct of other parties to a transaction and matters outside the scope are not our responsibility.
