Property Buying

সম্পত্তি ক্রয় সহায়তা

Buyer representation from requirement to closing, with verification before you pay.

The problem

Finding a property is easy. Knowing it is the right one — and safe to pay for — is not.

What BEST ABASHON does

  • Turn your requirement into a written brief
  • Source and shortlist properties
  • Accompany site visits
  • Run verification, inspection and valuation before an offer
  • Negotiate and coordinate the closing checklist

What we do not guarantee

  • We do not guarantee a sale, a price or a closing date.
  • We do not issue title — authoritative land records remain government functions.

Who this is for

  • First-time and repeat buyers
  • Non-resident Bangladeshis buying remotely
  • Buyers of land, flats or commercial space

Process

  1. Create your case and record contact consent
  2. Requirement or property intake
  3. Initial document-completeness check
  4. Search or listing strategy
  5. Shortlist or marketing campaign
  6. Accompanied site visits
  7. Due-diligence and valuation gate where appropriate
  8. Offer and negotiation
  9. Professional and legal coordination
  10. Closing checklist and aftercare

These are outside our control and are not part of our service-level targets.
