Fire & CAAB Clearance

ফায়ার ও সিএএবি ছাড়পত্র

Coordination of Fire Service e-Fire License and CAAB height clearance where applicable.

The problem

Fire and height clearances run on separate systems and are easy to miss in the schedule.

What BEST ABASHON does

  • Identify which clearances apply
  • Prepare the required information
  • Coordinate applications and queries

What we do not guarantee

  • Clearance decisions belong to Fire Service and CAAB.
  • We never promise or “guarantee” an approval. Decisions belong to RAJUK, Fire Service, CAAB and other authorities.

Who this is for

  • Taller buildings
  • Buildings near airports
  • Commercial and industrial buildings

Process

  1. Brief and site / document intake
  2. Zoning and development feasibility
  3. Concept design and client sign-off
  4. Architectural development
  5. Structural and MEP coordination
  6. Submission checklist
  7. Application coordination
  8. Authority query and revision management
  9. Approved / accepted documentation
  10. Construction issue set

Deliverables

  • Applicability note
  • Application information pack
  • Status log

Documents normally requested

  • Ownership and land documents
  • Survey drawing
  • Client programme and design brief
  • Previous approvals, if any
  • Utility and site data

Internal timeline

  • Applicability review after document intake
  • Authority time excluded

External dependencies

  • RAJUK review and decisions
  • Fire Service and CAAB review where applicable

These are outside our control and are not part of our service-level targets.

Fees

Every engagement gets a written quotation with scope, deliverables, internal timeline, fee and exclusions before any work starts. Standard quotations are sent within 24 hours. Government and statutory fees, third-party professional fees and authority decision time are excluded unless the quotation says otherwise.
