Know what is happening to your vacant land or flat

সম্পত্তি পর্যবেক্ষণ

Regular dated visits to vacant land and flats, with photographs, video and a short report to the owner.

The problem

Vacant land gets encroached on and empty flats deteriorate — and owners usually find out months later.

What BEST ABASHON does

  • Visit the land or flat on a set schedule
  • Photograph and film visible changes, damage or encroachment
  • Report problems to the owner promptly

What we do not guarantee

  • Monitoring records what is visible on the visit. It does not stop encroachment or give legal possession; legal action, if needed, is a separate matter for your advocate.
  • We do not guarantee a sale, a price or a closing date.
  • We do not issue title — authoritative land records remain government functions.
