Four ways we help

Why overseas owners choose us

Independent of the seller

We check for you, not for the person selling. Our report shows what was checked and what could not be.

You see it live

Video walk-throughs of the land, the flat and the neighbours — and dated photographs after every visit.

Written, never verbal

Scope, fee, who pays and when — in a written engagement letter before work begins.

Your money stays yours

Purchase money goes to the seller’s own bank account against signed papers. We do not hold your money without a separate written agreement.

How it works, from abroad

  1. 1

    Tell us

Name, WhatsApp number, country and what you need.

  2. 2

    We call you

On WhatsApp, at a time that suits your time zone.

  3. 3

    Written scope and fee

You agree the scope and the amount before work begins.

  4. 4

    We work on the ground

Searches, site visits, negotiation, repairs — as agreed.

  5. 5

    You see everything

Live video, photographs, reports and a tracking page.

  6. 6

    You decide

Every important step waits for your approval.

Whatever you own

Flats and housesBuying, renting out, upkeep, sale

Inherited propertyHeirs, partition, records, sale

Power of attorney: when you need one, and how it works

A power of attorney lets a named person act for you in specific matters. You do not need one for every service — only if someone will sign, register or deal with offices on your behalf.

Not neededVerification, site visits, video walk-throughs, monitoring and reports.
Usually neededSomeone signing a sale or purchase deed, registering it, or signing a tenancy for you.
  1. Decide exactly what the person may do — name the property and the task, and keep it as narrow as you can.
  2. Have it drafted by an advocate, in the form Bangladesh offices accept.
  3. Sign it abroad as the embassy or consulate requires, and have it attested by them.
  4. Complete the further steps in Bangladesh, and register it where the matter requires registration.
  5. Know how to revoke it, and write down when it ends.

Requirements depend on the country you are in and the document. We coordinate the process with your advocate and confirm the current rules with the embassy or consulate before you sign. We never act for you without a valid, written authority.

Questions overseas owners ask

I live abroad. Where do I start?

Send us your name, WhatsApp number, country and what you need. We will call you on WhatsApp in your time zone and suggest the right first step — often a Basic Check or a first inspection.

How will you reach me, and when?

On WhatsApp (calls and messages), at the time you give us. We use SMS only for numbers in Bangladesh, so please give us a WhatsApp number with your country code.

How do I pay from abroad?

We confirm the scope and amount on a WhatsApp call and share the payment details. After we receive your payment we mark your order Paid and you can see it on the tracking page. We do not ask for payment before the scope is agreed.

Can you find property for me, or only check what I found?

Both. We can search to your brief, or verify a property someone has offered you.

Do you guarantee the title or a sale price?

No. We guarantee a clear process and honest reporting. Title records and approvals belong to the authorities, and prices depend on the market.

Which areas do you cover?

We start with Dhaka and the areas around it. Tell us where your property is and we will say honestly whether we can help.

Is my information safe?

We use it only to handle your case, and we ask for documents through a secure upload, not open chat. See our privacy notice.

Can a relative handle it for me instead?

Of course — but we recommend an independent check, so that the person finding, checking and paying are not the same.

What if I want to stop?

You can stop at any time, with notice as set out in your written agreement. Work already done is charged; you keep every report and photograph produced.

Tell us what you need

Name, WhatsApp number, country and property location are enough. We will call you on WhatsApp at the time you choose.

Chat on WhatsApp

We can text only Bangladesh numbers — overseas customers are reached on WhatsApp.
