How payment works
- You choose a package when you order. A bill for that package is created with your case.
- We call you on WhatsApp, confirm the scope and the final amount — it can change with the number of plots or heirs — and share the payment details. Nothing is due before that call.
- You pay once. We check the payment, mark your order Paid, and you can see the status on the tracking page.
- Government fees, certified copies, advocate fees and surveyor fees are shown separately and at cost.
Questions overseas owners ask
Do I need to come to Bangladesh?
No. Everything — papers, searches, the site visit and the video walk-through — is done on your behalf. You only need to travel if you choose to sign in person.
Do you need a power of attorney for verification?
Usually not. Checking records and visiting the site needs only your written engagement. A power of attorney matters later, if someone is to sign or register on your behalf.
How do I pay from abroad?
When you order, a bill is created with your case. We call you on WhatsApp, confirm the scope and final amount, and share the payment details. Once we receive your payment we mark the order Paid, and you can see the status on the tracking page.
How long does it take?
It depends on how complete the papers are and how quickly the offices respond. We give an estimate in your quotation, not a promise.
Will you contact the seller?
Not without your agreement. We tell you who we plan to contact and why.
Do you give a legal opinion on the title?
Our report records what was searched and found. A legal title opinion is issued only by the enrolled advocate engaged on your case, and is shown separately.
What if the report finds a problem?
You get the finding, the evidence and a list of what could cure it — a bank release, a missing heir’s signature, a corrected record — or a clear recommendation not to proceed. The decision stays yours.
Can you check land I only know by a plot number?
Yes — send the mouza, dag and khatian numbers. We first confirm that the plot in the papers is the plot on the ground.
