Most overseas buyers lose money not to the market, but to one person they could not check. We act as your independent representative: we find properties that fit your brief, verify them before you travel or pay, negotiate for you, and coordinate the agreement, registration and mutation — keeping you informed on WhatsApp and video at every step.
Budget, area, size and purpose — own use, rent, investment or building.
We bring options and check their papers before anyone travels.
Live walk-throughs of the best options, with dated photographs and a map pin.
We negotiate for you and help put price, schedule and conditions into a written agreement your advocate reviews.
If someone will sign for you, a power of attorney is arranged correctly. Payments go to the seller’s own bank account, in stages, against signed papers.
Deed registered, mutation and tax records moved to your name, keys or possession handed over, copies sent to you.

Indicative figures. The fee, who pays it and when it falls due are written into your engagement letter. We do not charge the seller a second fee on the same deal without telling you first.
Yes, with verification, live video visits and — if you will not sign in person — a correctly made and registered power of attorney. Many buyers complete everything from abroad.
No, not by default. Payments for a purchase go to the seller’s own bank account against signed papers. If you want us to hold or pay money on your behalf, that needs a separate written agreement and a client account.
It lets a named person act for you in specific matters. You need one only if someone will sign or register for you. A power of attorney signed abroad normally needs attestation by the Bangladesh embassy or consulate and further steps in Bangladesh; requirements depend on the country and the document, so we confirm them with your advocate before you sign.
We check the seller’s identity and authority against the papers and the latest record, and whether anyone else holds a share or a claim.
It depends on the papers, the seller and the offices. Verification comes first; registration and mutation follow. We give you a realistic estimate at each stage.
No one honest can. We show what was checked and what was found, and where we could not verify. Title records and approvals belong to the authorities.
Yes — that is the first step. You give us a brief and we bring you a shortlist.
Name, WhatsApp number, country and property location are enough. We will call you on WhatsApp at the time you choose.
We can text only Bangladesh numbers — overseas customers are reached on WhatsApp.

Tell us the outcome you want — we open a case, name an owner and reply within 2 business hours.
