For non-resident Bangladeshis

Sell your property in Bangladesh — from wherever you live

Selling from abroad fails when papers are not ready, the price is a guess, and the buyer cannot be checked. We prepare your documents first, price from comparable evidence, market to qualified buyers, screen offers, and coordinate the agreement, registration and handover — with your approval at each decision.

How it works, from abroad

  1. 1

    Tell us what you own

Location, type, and whether the papers are in your name or inherited.

  2. 2

    Check and prepare the papers

We find gaps — a missing heir, an unmutated record, an unpaid tax — and tell you how to fix them.

  3. 3

    Agree a price range

A written pricing note from comparable evidence, and your minimum.

  4. 4

    Market to qualified buyers

Photographs, video, listing and our buyer network; enquirers are screened before they see anything.

  5. 5

    Offers and negotiation

Every offer reported to you with the buyer’s details; you decide.

  6. 6

    Agreement, registration, handover

Sale agreement reviewed by your advocate, payment received through the banking channel, deed registered, possession handed over.

What you get

  • A document-readiness note listing what to fix before listing
  • A written pricing note
  • Professional photographs and video
  • A log of every enquiry and offer
  • Buyer screening before any viewing
  • Coordination of agreement, registration and handover

What we need from you

  • Deeds (any copy) and the latest khatian
  • Mutation papers and tax receipts
  • Heirship papers, if inherited
  • Your minimum acceptable price and timeline
  • A copy of your passport or NID

How payment works

  1. No upfront listing fee. Placing a request costs nothing.
  2. Our fee is a success fee of 1%–2% of the sale price, due on completion as set out in your engagement letter — you will know the exact percentage before you agree.
  3. Extras — a document-readiness check, premium photography, power-of-attorney coordination — are quoted separately and only if you ask for them.
  4. The buyer pays you directly through the banking channel. We do not take your sale money without a separate written agreement.

Questions overseas owners ask

Can you sell without me being there?

We can run the process — preparation, marketing, screening and negotiation — without you in the country. For signing and registration you either attend or give a properly made and registered power of attorney to a person you choose.

Will you sign or receive money for me?

Not without a valid, written authority. By default the buyer pays you directly through the banking channel. We do not take your sale money unless a separate written agreement and a client account say so.

How do you find a serious buyer?

Listings, our network and referrals — and we screen enquirers before they see the property or your details.

What if the papers have a problem?

We tell you before you list. Many problems — a record not updated, a missing heir’s signature — can be fixed, and a fixed problem sells faster and for a fairer price.

Do you guarantee a sale or a price?

No. We guarantee a clear process and honest reporting, not a result that depends on the market.

What taxes will I pay?

Taxes and fees on a sale depend on the property and your situation. Your advocate or tax adviser confirms them; we show official costs separately and at cost.
